UPS Ground Shipping is free for all orders over $175 shipped anywhere in the United States. Allow 3-5 business days from the date of shipment, for receipt within the United States. Select the "Free UPS Ground" shipping option during checkout to take advantage of our free shipping option. Please note some special orders will ship via Free Fed Ex Ground, or Free USPS Priority Mail where circumstances require it. Free shipping does not apply to shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, FPO/APO boxes, and shipments outside of the United States. Free shipping does not apply to returns.

No Sales Tax

There is no sales tax charged for orders in the USA, except in Texas.

International orders are not charged sales tax at the time of purchase, but may incur taxes and duties in the customs process of the destination country. Customer is responsible for paying any taxes and duties incurred in the delivery of international orders.

Domestic Orders (USA)

How to Place an Order

To place an order, add the items that you'd like to purchase to your shopping cart, and click the Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom of the page. Follow the checkout steps and confirm your order.

Payment Methods We Accept customers may make purchases using major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, along with Paypal. We also accept personal and business checks drawn on USA banks, and money orders. Please allow 3-5 business days for your check to clear prior to our processing of your order.

If you select Paypal as your payment method, you will be taken to our secure Paypal payment page after you confirm your order on Step 3 of our checkout process. You must finalize your Paypal payment on our secure Paypal page in order for your order to be processed.

For credit card orders, please note credit cards will be charged just prior to order's shipping in most cases. For products that must be imported from overseas, your credit card may be charged just prior to our requesting your items from the overseas factory.

How To Place an International Order

To place an international order simply add items to your shopping cart and click the Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom of the page, to proceed through our normal checkout procedure.

International Payment Methods We Accept

For international orders we accept Paypal as the method of payment. Paypal allows you to use your credit card or bank account to fund your Paypal account. If you do not have a Paypal account, opening one is free and easy. For details on how to open a Paypal account, visit

On some international orders we will require that your Paypal account be Verified. Getting your Paypal account Verified is easy, simply login to your Paypal account and click the link to Verify your account and follow the steps. A Verified Paypal account adds extra protection to both the buyer and seller.

International Order Tracking

When you place your order you will receive an account activation email which will allow you to access your order information and track order status. Click on the link within that email to activate your account, and access all your orders through your account page. When an order ships a tracking number will be visible on the order information screen. This tracking number allows you 24 hour access to the status of your order. International Taxes / Duties

We do not charge or collect tax on international orders. The customer's country may charge a customs duty tax on your order upon arrival. These charges are set by the customer's country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office to determine what your local duty tax rate may be based upon the items you are purchasing.

Changing or Canceling an Order (International)

To change or cancel your order prior to it being shipped, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible after placing your order.

International orders (outside the USA) that are canceled or refused, after the order has already been shipped, but prior to delivery, are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and may be subject to additional charges that we may incur to import the item back into the USA, including but not limited to import duty fees, processing fees, shipping fees etc.

How to Use Coupon Codes

If you have received a valid coupon (promotional) code from us, you can enter that coupon code on the shopping cart page, after you have added an item to your cart. After entering your coupon code, click "Apply Code" to see the adjusted order total. You may also place an order by phone at 1800-309-3207 and mention your coupon code to have your discount applied.

Please note coupon codes apply only to those items designated by that particular promotion, and only for the time frame designated by the promotion. Expired coupon codes cannot be used on new orders.

Please also note that coupon codes cannot be combined. Only one coupon code can be used on each order.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Orders (USA)

Domestic Shipping Options ships via UPS within the United States. We offer FREE UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $175, shipped within the USA. At checkout, you can view and select from all available UPS shipping options. In some special cases we will ship via Fed Ex or USPS.

APO/FPO Military Address Shipping Options

We are pleased to offer shipping to APO/FPO addesses. If you're placing an order to be shipped to an APO/FPO address, during Checkout enter "APO" or "FPO" in the "City" field and choose the appropriate military state designation in the "State" dropdown menu. Select "United States" in the "Country" drop down menu. Then enter the appropriate zip code for your APO/FPO address and follow the steps to finalize your order. You do not need to enter the actual city, state, or country where you are currently stationed, only your APO/FPO address information is required during checkout.

All shipments to APO/FPO boxes are made through USPS Priority Mail. The cost of USPS Priority Mail shipping to APO/FPO addresses is $10.00. We verify all APO/FPO addresses prior to shipping. Please make sure the billing address you provide during Checkout, matches the shipping address on your order, to ensure your credit card will be accepted by our system. If the billing address of your credit card does not match your APO/FPO shipping address, you can easily add your APO/FPO address as a 'secondary shipping address' with your credit card company, if it is not already the primary address on your credit card account. Give them a quick call and do that, then place your order with us. This will ensure that we can process your credit card payment quickly and ship your order.

Please also note that tracking is not available on APO/FPO orders. Transit time for your package from the military mail hub to you can vary depending upon the country in which you are stationed.

International Shipping Options

We ship via USPS Priority Mail International for all international orders. The cost is $46 for the first item and $18 for each additional item on your order. Contact us if you require USPS Express Mail Shipping.

Please note that exotic shoe orders (ostrich, deerskin, eel) to international countries will incur an $93 special handling fee. In order for us to ship exotic shoes from the USA to any foreign country a special inspection must be done to legally ship the order from the USA to the customer's country. For exotic shoe orders, once you complete your order and payment via Paypal, we will send you a Paypal invoice for the special exotic shoe handling permit fee. Please note on those exotic shoe orders requiring special inspection, please allow an additional 3-4 days for the inspection process. Some exotic shoes made of 'protected leathers' (peccary, crocodile, caiman, alligator, lizard) that are shipped internationally require a protected leather inspection/one time permit which has a cost of $276.00. Please inquire with us about the details of these items.
Please note, LLoyd shoes can only be shipped witihn the USA and to select foreign countries. Please contact us to confirm if we can ship Lloyd to your country.
Delivery Times

The total delivery time of an order is equal to the total order processing time + total transit time. As a general rule, orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after they are received.

UPS Ground transit time : 3-5 days depending on your location * for UPS expedited services, UPS guarantees delivery within expedited service's stated travel time (UPS Overnight, UPS 2Day, UPS 3Day, etc)

USPS Priority Mail transit time (APO/FPO orders): 2-3 days to reach the military mail hub within USA. Estimated time of delivery from mail hub to final overseas destination can vary widely depending upon your location.

For APO/FPO military address shipments, orders may take additional processing time, as the items may need to be transferred from our vendor's warehouse which will not ship via USPS to APO/FPO addresses, to our facility which does ship via USPS.

USPS Priority Mail International takes approximately 6-10 days for delivery for most foreign countries.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or exchange. You may return or exchange an item within 15 days after receipt of your order. Returns or exchanges will not incur a restocking fee. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Prior to sending back your return, you must contact us in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number and specific return instructions. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the outside of your package. Any returns/exchanges made without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please note we do not provide return labels for returns.

All returns/exchanges must be returned to in their original condition, in original packaging, including shoe dust covers and all tags. does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer. Shoes returned with any scratches or scuffs, or excessive creasing in the vamp will not be accepted.

Not all items are eligible for return/exchange. Some sales/closeout items may not be eligible for return or exchange. If a sales item is not eligible for return or exchange, this will be notated on the product page of the sales item by a "all sales are final" or "no returns or exchanges" notation.

Custom order (also known as "special order" or "made to order") items are not be eligible for return or exchange. This includes any shoes made from scratch at the time of the order for the customer. Some examples include Emanuele Sempre, Paul Parkman and Mauri 'special order' shoes.

When a return is made for exchange, upon receiving your returned item we will promptly ship out to you the replacement item and contact you to let you know it has been shipped. When a return is made for refund, upon processing of your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, and contact you to confirm the refund was issued.

For international orders (outside the USA) that are refused at the time of delivery and returned to us without a proper return authorization, they will incur a 15% restocking fee and may also be subject to additional fees for us to re-import the item back into the USA.
