Shipping for USA customers is free on all orders over $175. Expedited shipping is available and expedited shipping rates are shown during checkout. Shipping for all other countries is $46 for the first item, and $18 for each additional item in your order.
We have a 15 day return policy. You may return or exchange an item within 15 days after receipt of your order. Returns or exchanges will not incur a restocking fee.

We have partnered with a prestigious factory in La Mancha, Spain who produces some of the world's men's luxury shoe brands, to offer our custom shoe design program directly to our customers.
The custom designed shoes are produced at the factory in approximately 4 weeks.
This is a much faster production timetable than most custom shoe programs from other brands we sell on our website. The shoes then shp direct from our factory to your door.
We have our factory ship completed custom shoe orders directly to our customers via DHL Express. The travel time of the package from Spain to most countries will be just a few days. Shipping for USA customers is free.
Use our 3D shoe design tool to design your own shoes and choose from countless combinations of leathers, sole types, stitching, insole color, etc. From our custom shoe design homepage, scroll down to the section called Select Style, and click on the type of shoe you?d like to customize/design. That will load the 3D design tool that you can use to customize numerous aspects of your custom shoes.

There are a huge amount of customization options for your shoes. Depending on the style you choose, you can customize the type of leather for the upper, the color of the leather, the color of certain sections of the leather versus other sections, the finish type of the leather, the sole, the sole stitching, the insole color, the laces color, the embroidery (if applicable), the monogram (if applicable), among other options.

Because your custom shoes are made from scratch specifically for you according to your specifications they cannot be returned for a refund.
We will of course take back any shoe that has a factory defect to have that fixed for you or have a fresh pair made. Just make sure to contact us within 15 days of getting your shoes.
