Roland is a lightweight fisherman sandal for men. The upper is fullgrain leather with a pigskin collar lining. The midsole is made of EPR foam for a resilient feel and excellent support. The outsole pads are slip-resistant rubber. The removable footbed is made of two densities of EVA foam - the heel cup is more rigid to stabilize the heel, while the forefoot is softer for a cushy feel and flexibility where you need it. There is a removable spacer underneath the footbed that can be customized or removed to allow extra space for an orthotic. A nylon and fiberglass composite shank completes the package. If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or exchange. You may return or exchange an item within 15 days after receipt of your order. Returns or exchanges will not incur a restocking fee. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Prior to sending back your return, you must contact us in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number and specific return instructions. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the outside of your package. Any returns/exchanges made without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please note we do not provide return labels for returns.

All returns/exchanges must be returned to MensDesignerShoe.com in their original condition, in original packaging, including shoe dust covers and all tags. MensDesignerShoe.com does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer. Shoes returned with any scratches or scuffs, or excessive creasing in the vamp, or dirty will not be accepted.

How To Place an International Order

To place an international order simply add items to your shopping cart and click the Proceed to Checkout button at the bottom of the page.

If you have trouble placing an order through our shopping cart, simply contact us and we can send you a Paypal invoice for your order.

International Payment Methods We Accept

For international orders we accept all major credit cards and Paypal as the method of payment. Paypal allows you to use your credit card or bank account to fund your Paypal account and make payment for your MensDesignerShoe.com purchase.

On some international orders we will require that your Paypal account be Verified. Getting your Paypal account Verified is easy: simply login to your Paypal account and click the link to Verify your account and follow the steps. A Verified Paypal account adds extra protection to both the buyer and seller.

International Shipping

We ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail International for all international orders. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Contact us if you require USPS Express Mail Shipping.

Please note that exotic shoe orders (ostrich, deerskin, eel) to international countries will incur an $93 special handling fee. In order for us to ship exotic shoes from the USA to any foreign country a special inspection must be done to legally ship the order from the USA to the customer's country. For exotic shoe orders, once you complete your order and payment via Paypal, we will send you a Paypal invoice for the special exotic shoe handling permit fee. Please note on those exotic shoe orders requiring special inspection, please allow an additional 3-4 days for the inspection process.

Some exotic shoes made of 'protected leathers' (peccary, crocodile, caiman, alligator, lizard) that are shipped internationally require a protected leather inspection/one time permit which has a cost of $276.00. Please inquire with us about the details of these items.

International Duties & Taxes

We do not charge or collect tax on international orders. The customer's country may charge a customs duty tax on your order upon arrival. These charges are set by the customer's country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office to determine what your local duty tax rate may be based upon the items you are purchasing.
